Battlefield ends Devilettes' season

FRIDAY, MAY 9 2008

The first girls lacrosse varsity season in Culpeper High history came to an unceremonious end on Thursday night. The seventh-seeded Devilettes dropped a 19-5 decision at No. 2 Battlefield in the Cedar Run District quarterfinals.

CCHS finished the season 2-8, with wins over Brentsville and Stonewall Jackson.
