Say Cheese (Feb. 4)

BE INSPIRED. Taking a proactive position to boost self-esteem, CCHS students Hailey Jackson and Ashleigh Fairfax put together a program last year – “I like you but I love me more.” They partnered with local law enforcement staff as well as SAFE. Now, they are taking their event on the road visiting other area schools. You can hear their presentation at Eastern View today, Feb. 4, at 1:30 p.m.; Culpeper Middle School on Feb. 9 at 1:15 and Floyd T. Binns Middle on Feb. 18 at 1:45 p.m. Faith Gil, the owner of Lollipop Station in Culpeper, offered the girls the front window to decorate and sell the t-shirts created for the event. All proceeds go to SAFE.
