‘Casual’ show series planned through winter
The Mitchell Dressage Series will host shows Feb. 1 and March 1 in Bluemont. Show rules allow winter coats, chaps and â??anything you need to stay warm,â? said organizer Anna Mitchell. â??We may as well be warm while we show.â?

Piedmont Expo, Virginia Horse Festival in March
