Breaking news: Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office is looking for home invasion suspects

Culpeper County Sheriffâ??s Office is investigating a home invasion that occurred in the 12000 block of Shaderock Lane in the mid-afternoon hours of Friday, June 27, 2014. Two females approached the residence and used a ruse to gain entry. When they finished speaking to the homeowner and started to leave, they let in two males, who assaulted the victim and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot.

All suspects are described as white, late 20s to early 30s, wearing shorts and tees. The two females were said to have dirty blonde hair, with one wearing hers up, while the other was wearing her hair down. One male was said to be wearing a bandana over his hair, while the other had short hair.

No weapons were used. The victim sustained minor cuts to his face.

Sheriff Scott H. Jenkins is asking the public to report any information regarding the incident.
