Culpeper Regional Hospital (CRH) is pleased to announce a convenient feature â?? MyHealthConnection â?? which provides our patients 24/7 secure access to their health records. Patient online access improves efficiency of care and makes time-consuming tasks simple, whether at home, on vacation, or at another medical office.

Now, a patient or an authorized family member has direct access to his/her health information (lab results, discharge instructions, and a health summary), allergies and medications (allergies and conditions, immunizations, and medications with instructions), and appointments (upcoming visits).

To ensure accuracy, MyHealthConnection information comes directly from electronic medical records at Culpeper Regional Hospital. Safety is a top priority, and all passwords are encrypted and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied. Each person controls their own password. Also, a timeout feature protects information if the portal page is left open.

At, click on the MyHealthConnection link to enroll or, if already enrolled, to log in by simply entering your username (Logon Id) and password. If you have questions, the â??Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section often provides an easy solution, or you can email to have your questions answered.

Steve Speelman, Interim Director of Information Systems, states, â??Culpeper Regional Hospital is committed to providing our patients with the most current and up-to-date technologies that will allow greater access and manageability of their own health records. By adding the patient portal and allowing access to vital patient information, this demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the patient experience at Culpeper Regional Hospital.â?

Now, more than ever, our patients can stay informed, stay in touch, and stay in good health with MyHealthConnection.
