Glass House Winery is hosting a Songwriter’s Showcase

We are pleased to announce that, as part of their quarterly community outreach music series, Glass House Winery is hosting a songwriter’s showcase on Sunday, March 16 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. pm to benefit the Music Resource Center. The event will feature artists David Tewksbury, Gina Sobel, Michael Clem & Thomas Gunn with an appearance by Music Resource Center member Aimee Moody.

Enjoy wonderful original music with terrific acoustics, great views, wine and homemade chocolates while supporting young musicians. The Music Resource Center — an after school center for 6th to 12th graders — has been inspiring and supporting young artists since 1995 by helping them learn to play instruments, write, sing, dance, and produce and record original music.

Food will be available from Big Easy Metro Market, with a New Orleans style menu featuring Shrimp and Grits, Gumbo, Fish and Chips, and much more.

Glass House will be accepting donations at the door (suggested $10 per person) to benefit the musicians and Music Resource Center.
